Anlässlich des internationalen Symposions zur Christianisierung des Kaukasus in Wien bzw. des 1700-Jahr-Jubiläums der Armenisch-apostolischen Kirche gab die Österreichisch-armenische Studiengesellschaft eine Sammlung wichtiger österreichischer Arbeiten der beiden letzten Jahrzehnte zu armenologischen Problemen als CD-ROM heraus (650 MB). Neben dem schon lange vergriffenen Band der Übersetzungen armenischer Texte zur Eroberung von Konstantinopel im Jahr 1453 von M. K. Krikorian und W. Seibt finden sich von ersterem vier, von letzterem elf Beiträge zu historischen, prosopographischen, rechtshistorischen und kirchengeschichtlichen Problemen in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Weiters wurden Bilder der Ausstellung „Georgische Architektur des Mittelalters, insbesondere aus der Nordost-Türkei" (Photos: B. Baumgartner), der Ausstellung „Siegel und Papyri" sowie aus dem Codex Etschmiadzin aufgenommen.

To mark the International Symposium on the Christianization of the Caucasus (held in Vienna in December 1999), as well as the 17th centenary jubilee of the Armenian Church, the Austrian Society for Armenian Studies has produced a CD ROM (650 MB) assembling the results of a large number of important studies on Armenian history and culture produced in Austria during the last two decades. Apart from the volume of original Armenian sources in German translation on the capture of Constantinople in 1453, published by M.K. Krikorian and W. Seibt in 1981 but long since out of print, the CD makes available to the reader four articles by the first author and eleven by the second, in both German and English, dedicated to historical and prosopographical problems, as well as topics concerning the history and canon law of the Armenian Church. These texts are supplemented by rare pictures from the exhibitions of Georgian Mediaeval Architecture, in particular from north-east Turkey (photos by B. Baumgartner), and Seals and Papyri, as well as from the Codex Etchmiadzin.
