Konzepte sexueller Gesundheit vom Mittelalter bis zum 21. Jahrhundert
HIV prevention messages, which have been increasing since the onset of AIDS in German-speaking countries, have successfully popularised safer sex measures. This paper investigates the media-strategies applied by the state and private initiatives such as support organisations, in order to spread awareness about safer sex based on a positive image of sexuality. In this context, we scrutinise the focus on the condom and the improvement of personal responsibility for performing safer sex.
